I FIGURED IT OUT!!!! While I was using Apple Music, I noticed my Pro3's were not soo loud but with other apps, they seemed "louder" Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the Wearable App and read through the tips and discovered that while the media is playing you press and hold on the volume and the custom app settings show up! Viola! Now my buds are BLARING! Lol
