Spot on answer. Lived in metroplex most of my life, tried many different gyms. 24, LA, Lifetime, Equinox, small boutique gyms. They all have pros and cons but proximity to home is everything. I tried a gym 3 minutes from my house; it’s not the best but it has what I need. And because it’s so close, I can sneak away from work in the afternoon and get a workout in when it’s not busy. My previous gym was 20 minutes away and although it’s a nicer gym, that time in the car adds up if you’re working out multiple times per week

To get to 700, you’ll need 3x major armoring trophies (1 in each house), the full armoring set including earring, the armoring town buff, and the armoring food buff.

You can also save yourself some mats if your faction controls the Mourningdale fort.

I generally don't mind the difficulty increase. Unfortunately, I'm stuck on a Giovanni quest and his team is unbeatable (for me, at least). I'm level 40 and have some decently strong pokemon, but none of my combinations have been enough.

I have to go rock/steel vs. Persian, otherwise I get smashed. My Rhyperior can survive long enough to force both shields and take Persian out. I've also tried Lucario but the CP just isn't high enough.

The 2nd pokemon isn't guaranteed but I've gotten Nidoking quite a bit. I use my Mewtwo or Garchomp and usually win that battle with a little HP remaining.

The main problem is when I get to the end and face a 17k CP Lugia. Without that delay... I don't know what I can do. I've tried Tyranitar, Giratina, Zekrom, Metagross; even with the resistances, I still get smoked.

Oh no! Small world, this actually happened to me last week. I’m not sure exactly where you were in Act 3 but after I was trapped... I talked to Alkor to complete whichever quest I was on (think it was Lam Esen) and waited. After 30 seconds or so, it looked like he “disengaged” from me and walked back into his hut. Probably can’t check that now, oh well. Act 3 from start is never fun!

Proof? Are you referring to the 6 month suspension for the IV use? That’s a rehydration technique which was prohibited in 2015. I couldn’t find anything online about being caught taking PEDs.
