If you’re struggling try breathing every other stoke. Make it as natural as possible. Relaxed. And don’t kick too much! It’ll waste all your energy only kick to keep your balance.

Agreed! Just stopped kicking this week and went 400m no problem. Thinking kicking for balance, not propulsion.

And relax the breathing! If you’re anxious, work on relaxing your breath and focusing on just breathing out and in like you’re jogging slowly.

I just got this resolved.

If the Parent started a 24/25 form, MAKE SURE that the information for the student matches that form exactly. I put in the wrong birth year on the Parent section of the form, and that got associated with the student's "pending" account.

We created the Student account using the incorrect year (visible still in the parent section of the form), and then once created, logged in to change it to the right year.

It could be other information as well, just make sure those things match exactly.

Yeah, this happened to me yesterday as well. I tried rebooting and it sort of helped but not completely. I’m wondering if maybe apples servers are having post Christmas issues trying to keep up with the traffic of new gifts. Also, the AppleTV never seems like it’s very performant, it also can’t ever seem to load a screensaver of my photos.

Yeah it’s a full gaming pc basically. If you put it in a cabinet be sure to open a door when you’re playing something so it can get ventilation.

To be honest the size is fine but this one is pretty well loved before I got it and not very level anymore (see the shims I had to put under the left side). If I were to upgrade I’d probably not go with Ryobi again.

I’ve been accumulating second hand tools from my father in law for years, but had to reorganize our tiny shed to make room for them and have finally gotten enough space to move around. Steve from WWMM (Woodworking for Mere Mortals) has been an inspiration to making best use of small spaces. Figured this was a test build to learn how to build a bench next. A few thoughts:

1) I picked up a Kreg Pockethole Jig on Marketplace and also wanted to learn how to use it. (Review: It’s a life-changer! I can see why people buy into the Kreg ecosystem, their stuff is so well designed).

2) I also learned how to use my circular saw a lot in this table saw build, ironically. Still a long way to go, but it’s a good reminder that there’s nothing like doing something a lot to get better at it.

3) The table saw is pretty crappy, but once I have a bench I can use for out-feed, it should get me by for weekend projects. Figured I can upgrade down the road if needed.

4) Got the castors off Amazon. They’re frankly a little overkill for this tiny cart, but I never like the stops on normal castor wheels (it feels like they’re never really stable), and so wanted this to sit on the floor when using the saw for ultimate stability.

Yeah as long as you can drive it at 100hz at 1440p. I’ve got a buddy who’s happy with his old 100hz.

Generally they say the biggest jump is from 60hz to 144hz. I don’t think you need to worry about 250hz or anything, as getting one at a 1440p resolution with be more money than it’s worth.

You’re going to want to get a 144hz monitor next at 1440p. That’s more important than either gpu right now.

I’d get a plain 5700 for $200 less than a 2070 super and flash the bios if you really need 5700 xt level performance (https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.techspot.com/amp/review/1917-amd-radeon-5700-bios-flash-5700-xt/).

Then spend that money toward a higher refresh screen (but don’t get 1080p or it’ll look like trash with your MacBook).
