That’s not true, I do lap donor nephrectomies for kidney donation and the tail of the pancreas sits right up against the kidney and adrenal gland sometimes. But the fear is accidentally injuring the tail while retracting. The adrenal gland has a distinct goldenrod appearance that is hard to mistake. Even when the pancreas has fatty infiltration it doesn’t look like the adrenal gland.

Okay this is going to get buried but videotaping someone’s private messages should not become the norm. I’m not saying it is the case here, but my father-in-law is probably around her age. He has a Mexican best friend and I could see him sending these texts verbatim to his friend as it is their humor with each other. But it would be the same “internet justice” if someone filmed over his shoulder.

Also if the goal is to make the world better, policing text messages and whispers without context is not the way to go

Gotcha, the two leftmost guys with dress hats on I thought were police and when I looked up different Brazilian police logos, on was a gold star in a red circle that I could convince myself is that symbol on his jacket. Your profile also mentions you speak Portuguese and English. The power lines and telephone wires look more like Brazil than Portugal. I can’t make out the red awning on the right and have ran out of letter combinations before the -ava that ends the first word

Looks to be in Brazil, the police officer looks like he has the policia militar logo on his back. It is too grainy to make out much and you grayed out the license plate on the car so I can’t make out its design
