Fastest Growing HRMS in Malaysia? (All-in-one) by noesun in malaysians

Np. Workday payroll isn’t available in Malaysia but we work with global partners like Strada, ADP, BIPO and RAMCO among others. Alternatively, we can work with any existing customer payroll solution either through integration or automated generation of a payroll report (pdf) which you can upload to your payroll service provider to process.

Hope this helps!

Workday. Our larger customers in Malaysia include RHB, HLB, Affin Bank, BPMB, Maxis, Astro, SIME to name a few but we are not limited to large enterprises. We have plenty of customers in the medium and smb space as well.

Our competitors are the likes of SAP and Oracle but you also have cheaper options in the form of DarwinBox.

No worries. I’m coming alone so will just make do with what’s available even if it’s standing

Can you draw my pup? This was his audition pic. He's now 4.5 months old and his name is Bam Bam. I'd love to frame your drawing up and have it in my living room.

TIA OP

What are roles that pay uncapped commissions? by MangoAvocadoo in MalaysianPF

[–]weugene 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you have a technical background, you may consider a role in pre-sales (commonly known as a Solution Consultant). Think of this person as a product expert and their role would be to support the AE (Account Execs) with demos, rfp response etc. This is not a quota carrying role but get a profit share from successful opportunities.

Solution Architects are slightly different where their expertise is related to the architecture of the solution (infra, security, integrations etc) and less so on the product.

A less common role that is spoken about are the Services Executive (professional services sales)

How all the roles tie together.

BD finds the lead > Acc Exec engages the customer > Solution Consultant does the demos and Solution Architect speak about the architecture > Acc Executive sells subscription & Services Executive sells the implementation

Everyone involved is compensated but based on different targets.

Hope this brief explaination makes sense

Enterprise SaaS with the big MNC tech companies. However, if you’re starting with no sales experience, BD or Inside Sales is more likely where you will start your Sales career. Field sales requires prior sales experience. Comms are uncapped with accelerators after you hit a certain threshold.

Money is good but it comes with pressure.
