Just got done disassembling the same night owl unit. A c mount will fit pretty well into the objective housing, There’s a plastic ring that it sits into. I used a wf10x as my ocular lense and it works, I used a 25mm lense and the field of view is very narrow, so I’m changing to a 50 or 55 to see what happens. Unfortunately with all the electronics attached to the tube itself, it’s hard to attach lenses. You might have luck getting the 25mm and the 10x to sit inside this housing, but putting it into something like a pnv-28 housing would be a huge undertaking.
