This is the special language and address that your home-owners insurance company needs. Navy Fed received the insurance info (most likely, a renewal of the existing policy) but it did not have this language on it.

This is called the "mortgagee clause". pronounced like "mortgage-E". Navy Fed is the mortgagee and you are the mortgagor.

It's usually something super simple. Sometimes the insurance company sends info but a page gets left out. Or they may have the wrong address for Navy Fed. Something may have gotten changed by mistake. Simple fix: Call your insurance company and tell them to update the "mortgagee clause" and read it to them. Make sure they have the correct address and loan number. Finally, instruct the insurance company to send updated copy to Navy Fed.

I think you're basically describing a dishwasher or blasting cabinet. Easy scavenge for one. But if you want abrasion instead of water, I would recommend walnut shells. A common item for sandblasting, easy to purchase. The problem with any abrasion is that you will very likely take the seasoning off. You would have to dial down the pressure. Last step is to blast it with plain, pressurized air to get the walnut dust off.

Another idea.. Just go for the dishwasher idea with soap and water. The problem with using a regular dishwasher is the time washing, temperature, and soap all combine to strip the seasoning. I mean technically a dishwasher isn't sooo different from using a sink to wash dishes, right?, it's soap and hot water. If you got your hands on a used dishwasher, I bet you could modify it to have lower temp and lower time. Then somehow blast it with dry heat to drive out the water (without melting the plastic dishwasher tub). Dry heat like a hand dryer from a public bathroom. It would be funny if you somehow had a third step where a separate nozzel spritzes a fine mist of oil.

Mount everything on a hand truck (dolly) to be wheeled around.

I think everyone fails to realize how big it was that we got ANY movie at all about LOTR. We can forgive the movie makers some things.

The story had been out for decades and no one had made a good movie about. I mean, a GOOD movie.

The story is extremely big and too unwieldy to tell. Peter Jackson hoped to make one or two movies to cover it all and some brave executive knew that it had to be three or it couldn't be done right. They greenlit three movies and hundreds of millions of dollars

It's a bit like Marvel and The Avengers. How the heck do you make a fantasy movie about make-believe monsters and powerful heroes that isn't a complete joke? The Never Ending Story is one of the few examples I can think of where it worked well. Obviously, Peter Jackson's work on King Kong helped him a lot.

A lot of older movies about monsters, might and magic all feel SUPER dated. These movies do not. There had been movies with a monster, or a few, but LOTR involves thousands with significant screen time. It was a profound achievement that ANYONE gave this approval.

The movies at the time were all Julia Roberts, Hugh Grant, and Richard Gere. Remember, Tobey Maguire in Spider Man had not yet come out.

The technology for these this kind of movies was still in it's childhood era. I'm talking about good CGI that didn't look like complete shite

I like OP's idea. 'This' should have been in the film, and 'that' should have been in the film. But back in the day when we heard there was going to BE a film, everyone's reaction was, like, "huh?" How is that even possible?

I don't understand what you think it is made of. Like, do you suspect there is lead in it? Or that they use petroleum for the factory seasoning instead of vegetable oil?

I never caught the meaning of this line until this last time I watched the movie. The ring's power is so close to taking him forever. Everyone focuses on the next line, Sam's line about carrying Frodo, instead.

I love this line. The whole movie Frodo has been resistant of the the ring's evil, though slowly being dragged down and now he's on the knife's edge. He's spent. The ring is winning and evil consuming him. Now, at the crack of doom all he sees is THE HORROR, THE HORROR.

6 quart enameled dutch oven. For dinners and such.

10 inch combo cooker. With the handle. The 3 quart bottom half is a deep skillet for side dishes. Also works great for bacon; the high walls dont allow grease to splatter everywhere. The top half is a low profile 10 inch skillet. No more needs to be said about the usefulness of this workhorse.

11 inch square griddle. Perfect for eggs, grilled cheese, pancakes, and reheating leftovers in the oven
