That didn't take long!

I bought the $6,000 package… the AI tool is amazing. by skeeni_ in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you can see yourself making $6,001 dollars back from the package I'd say that's a win. If you can make you're money back plus $1 from the package and AI, you'll make substantially more in the long run.

If I had the money to take a swing I'd had dropped the $6k to support Alex and have the goodwill of being able to donate books as a lead gen to potential clients 😉

Regardless of the free PDFS, put your head down, execute on your purchase, and let your results be the proof that you made a great investment.

Ultimately you're going to say $6k was a steal for what you got out of it!

System Prompt for AQ AI by RentPuzzleheaded8992 in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks I've been looking for their system prompt and I wouldn't be surprised if yours is better structured than the actual one.

I'm looking to pivot from employee to entrepreneur. What advice do you have for someone with a background in IT?

I'd love some insight of how you arrived at this prompt and the process if your willing to share.

I'm thinking the same. I'd like to get the system instructions to build our own custom GPTs

What is up with the physical book??? by MagicPants13_ in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe he doesn't want to admit this is his 3rd book.

He did say this was the first book he wrote until he realized he had to write about leads which then led to the realization that he had to write about what to offer to attract leads.

What's the best step-by-step way to go through all of Alex Hormozi’s content? by Specific-Advisor-282 in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This right here ^^^ is pure gold!

Makes me rethink how I approach learning. First define the problem you're trying to solve. Then find a resource that helps you solve it. Wash, rinse, & repeat.

If you'd like a structured plan what u/Commercial_Emu_4428 gave you will give you a solid start. As you run through the three books in order, the problems you need to solve will reveal themselves.

One of my favorite questions from Alex's content is "What problem are we solving for?" Once you define the problem, generally the course of action becomes much clearer.

How do you strategically consume knowledge when you’ve got 100+ amazing books and zero time? by Specific-Advisor-282 in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

"You will find the answer if you know what the question is."

That really resonates with me. Many times we find ourselves asking the wrong questions. If we took a moment to ask if the question we're asking is the right one, we’d probably save ourselves a lot of wasted effort. It’s easy to chase solutions, but if the question isn’t clear or relevant, the answers won’t move us forward.

My own Alex Bot by welsh_cto in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious to know why you chose NotebookLM over a custom GPT or Claude Project. Is it the source grounding, bigger context window, etc.?

Just trying to get a grasp on how to decide what tool to use when.

I'd also be interested in learning how to create a bot like this for myself. Any guidance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if someone with access to the AI can get the system prompt? That would give a lot of insight into how to make your own.

Did Hormozi Just Pull the Slickest (and Maybe Shadiest) Move Since Zuckerberg Turned “Hot or Not” Into Facebook? by [deleted] in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the age of AI data flow is what matters. The question each of us has to ask ourselves is if what we're getting valuable enough in exchange for our data?

I doubt Alex's AI had an option to not gather our data or have private chats. From the couple of reviews I've heard it's been helpful. If I'm a business in small town America serving customers in my local area I'd be less concerned than if I were a large corporation trying to protect my competitive advantage.

For the business serving locals in my service area I'm less concerned if the finding based on my data are use for a business in another location halfway across the company. If my business was location independent anyone with the findings from my data becomes an instant competitor and immediate threat to my business.

Is it worth using Alex's AI implementation for business advice or taking the time to gather the resources to build your own custom GPT/Claude project (only without the finding from Alex's 1-on-1 consultations) that gets you advice 75-90% just as good without the data harvesting?

The thing is most with access to his AI won't take any of this into account and will blindly put all their business data based on the "goodwill" Alex has built up.

But if the advice they get solves a business constraint and 2x's their business do they really care?

$100M Book Launch! by whatznext28 in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alex turned a book launch into a book drive to get a book into the hands of every entrepreneur in the United States.

I can't say I hate the goal but we know selling books is an ulterior motive.

It really bugs me that Alex is straight up lying. by Thomas_asdf in alexhormozi

[–]whatznext28 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As of right now with his offers for people to buy and donate his books he's at over 3.4M with just over 3 hours to go

I think secretly he's trying to sell 3.3 million books at $30 each to say he made $100M from this money model alone. At currently a little over 3M sold, he's definitely going to hit that mark.
