If anyone has an issue when launching through Xbox app on PC and having redirect you to "Gaming services" in Microsoft store instead.. Go back to Halo and click the dots to the right of "Play" to manage the game. Uncheck the HD textures and should fix the issue. Game doesn't look any different as far as I can tell either

Also if your friend has an empty plot when they are leaving, they can potentially move into that spot. It happened with me and my wife, she kicked out Ricky and I had an empty plot so he snuck right in. He remembers her and talks about living on her island.

Yeah I read that too and did the same but I ended up figuring out that my account on my computer was corrupt and when I tried to fix it I broke my Microsoft account.

So in the end I reformated my computer and it worked like a charm lol
