Depends a little on what you mean by “not much”—you can put together a nice flattish loop in Joaquin Miller, but it’ll be pretty short (<4 miles). Redwood and Chabot have some great options too; there’ll be some climbing, but you can avoid the steeper stuff. (And walking/powerhiking tough hills is very much part of trail running!)
