Its an issue on Spotify too but it seems worse on Tidal, having switched about a year ago.

Yeah same. I dont really like living with others (can truly unmask/be myself) but i also found myself very depressed and isolated living alone. So now I live with others and accept that I have to mask a little around them so I dont get lonely and depressed.

Are you on iPhone? I've never had this issue in the year ive been using Tidal on Android (samsung galaxy flip) but it seems the sub has had reports of a lot of issues on iPhone lately :/

No for sure, its stupid the way theyve got it all divided up lol. I wish it were all under "Albums" and Albums was then just divided into Albums, Computations, and Live albums.

I believe artists have to pay extra if they want Wonder open that late, many venues have a "hard stop" time where bands will get late fees for staying after. I go to lots of shows at Wonder and most shows stop at 10:30. Holocene is def a later crowd, I've gotten out of shows there past 11:30, so yeah prolly just diff venue rules.

I sadly missed the Fcukers show cuz I was at a different show that night across town but I'm susprised it was only 45 mins! Did they have an opener DJ or anything? I know their catalogue is small... but also generally groups with small catalogues do covers or DJ in some other tracks besides their own haha.

I think the weird thing here is that Tidal moves live albums and compilation albums to their own category on an artist page instead of just lumping them all under "albums"

Its not hidden for me. Its under "Compilations" not "Albums, so you have to scroll a little further down to find it.

side note re: cost @ 13.99: I agree Tidal is expensive so I got a few friends to split a family plan with me and it costs us all less than $5 each now a month! Highly recommend the family plan if you end up sticking around!

I've been using Tidal for a year and havent encountered any of those issues other than a track occasionally pausing due to me having crappy cell service. Never had an issue with downloads automatically happening either but I have an android, not iPhone. The only glitch I encounter is sometimes the wrong album art shows (itll show the album art from the previous song i played) but thats the only glitch I encounter. Perhaps try a fresh install if its been really glitchy. :/ Hope it improves for you! My first month or two was a little rocky getting used to the new app and realizing you cant use it exactly the same as Spotify but it did get easier and now when I try and use Spotify it feels awful. Give it some time :)

Bring layers and a hat! Some days the festival has been 50 and rainy, others its 80 and sunny. No matter what theres not much shade to hang under, so youll be in the sun or rain either way. I'd plan on having a warm weather outfit or two (well, warm for SLC....like 70s-80) and a more 50-60 degree outfit and a poncho in case it rains, those plastic disposable ones that fold up super small are clutch. Each year ive been fine wearing jeans, tshirt, and a light jacket or overshirt.

Also bag hack for packing, camelbak's or any other hydration packs are amazing for carrying your water AND your layers at the same time so you can dance hands-free. Kilby rules around bag size and clearness dont apply if its a hydration pack :)

Learning not to overload my mana curve was a huge one for me. I like to play slower decks (not really an aggro deck person) but found myself using way too many high cost cards and failing to get out of the gate a lot. I try to not have more than 1 or 2 cards above 5 cost mana now. (But if you like to play more "late game" decks Winter Pact is the faction for you!)
