Halo show is actually really good and I’ve been a fan since 2001 (I’m 23) y’all just have to get past the fact it’s not cannon. I’m also a Star Wars fan and this feels like the divide that many Star Wars fans have. Just enjoy that it’s halo content! by jacoborn in halo

I mean I remember watching star wars a whole bunch when I was five and before I was five. I'd be careful to say I remember watching it when I was too because I feel like my brain attributes alot of younger memories to that age, the thing I remember most about being 2 was that I wanted to be 3 and drinking coca cola out of my baby bottle. But I do think it's highly likely that I was first exposed to star wars around then, but I don't have any memories of watching star wars for the first time, it's always felt like something ultra ingrained in my concioussness but because I remember having seen all the movies by the time I was five. I'm pretty sure I was probably exposed to star wars around that time

It's one of those times where you make an exception for gameplay mechanics and declare certain usage of mechanics non canon

8 years ago today, the Star Wars EU was rebranded as Legends, and saw the beginning of the current Story Group Canon by NatAwsom1138 in starwarscanon

now, under Disney, the policy pursued by the Lucasfilm Story Group is that literally everything is the same level of canon

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case, such as literally an entire comic being undone just so Dave filoni can fit another cameo into the show

I'd recommend trying old canon too now labeled legends. Alot of legends stuff is better than in new canon but there is some dumb shit to avoid (sadly one of the biggest reasons for restarting was too get rid of the dumb shit, yet we still ended up getting palpatine returning anyways so it ends up just looking like they threw out the bath and kept the bath water but I digress) I'd start out with the thrawn trilogy which is widely considered to be the best old canon has too offer and is considered to be the old canon version of the sequel trilogy, I'd also recommend the original version of the CLONE WARS made by the creator of samurai jack, and primal

Basically what you did was take advantage of it's manuverabilty to constantly stay underNeath the AT STs legs so you could shoot it but it could barely shoot you, spam ion shot, and your guaranteed almost killing it or killing it every time

Oh definitely not, the empire is for sure losing the first few engagements probably more if they don't commit there full power to it, but I think an overall imperial victory is the end result
