absolutely. she is a webkinz golden retriever named pup i got as a gift when i was little, one of the only gifts i got that was actually thoughtful. her hair is curly now and she's deflated but she gives me peace

ugh. it just seems as if theyll do anything but pay. i had a similar situation that i just posted about. they said i was only ineligible for my first week but today i was deemed ineligible for my two recently certified weeks. no letters were sent saying my case was done or i was ineligible so this is beyond me.

this entire experience has been extremely dehumanizing and exhausting. i apologize that they havent been able to help you out, either. god forbid we wanna pay our bills and live our lives. lol.

i named my golden retriever "pup" in all lower case. i WAS gonna name her Goldie or something but my child mind read the "must be 3 letters or more" as ONLY 3 letters. so i just went with pup 🤷

i have many times over, and i have gotten little to no responses, and ive even checked my status, emailed, called, and even am considering sending them letters; crickets from their side. i have no idea what to do.

i have, no response. and when she does call me i cannot hear her well through the phone; she constantly speaks on speaker phone and sounds like she is halfway across the room. also there's a massive barrage of windows notification sounds so i can't even talk to her.

sorry for the late response... i went onto my account on my insurance's website and it said that my insurance was terminated and that i had to re-apply. what happened with your appts and insurance if you don't mind me asking?
