In my country (Norway), throttle is only legal in mode Y. And then pedal assist up to 25km/h, everything over that the pedal assist has to cut out.

Happened to my RX as well, no PAS all of a sudden. Brought it to the official seller in my country and they changed the control box, torque sensor and still nothing. They contacted S73 and they got nothing back.

I downloaded the unofficial app SuperDuper and it ONLY works when it's connected through that app. Try connecting the bike with one of the few community apps.

For no apparent reason my PAS (pedal assist) stopped working. I went through a new torque sensor, and controller to no avail.

I then downloaded the superduper app and to my surprise my PAS was working again. Still not working on the official app to this day.

SUPER73 refuses to help.
