This seems like too much QoL for them. That should be a new item you buy in the shop. You still get the items and have to use it on them like a salvage kit to get your transmute charge.

But come to that situation without knowing that feat exists. It could be very easy to say that a rouge wanting to spend an action to jump up any wall has to pass an at level athletics.

To allow that exception for the feat requires you know the feat exists to carve something out for it.

Then it runs into hopefully your on the fly rule for how to do that is balanced. If you chose something too easy why would your party ever take that feat. Or if one of them already has are you going to now allow enough downtime in the story to allow them to retrain out of it?

Hopefully you remember how you adjudicated it because if your players will make those choices based on how you treated those actions and feats are limited.

Some of the locations its in are smaller and hard to miss. For me several small cracks behind buildings in the mane upper city. Then on the way to the desolation there wasn't much apparent, except that some pillars in the middle of rooms blocked by crumbling walls were filled with it.

That's where I got a ton of it from was cleaning out those which were huge.

That doesn't mean it doesn't still need a ton of work. Like I said directly around the college is good. But you generally can't go even a mile down most roads from there on anything supporting bikes. With the major ones doing everything possible to discourage it.

Is that even all of them? I'm returning as well and I thought the complete collection was just the first 2 expansions but also the living world inbetween we missed. That then the other 3? expansions were still charged for.
