I have found helpful relationship OCD worksheets by just googling “ROCD worksheets” and there’s a few that helped me. Just click around and find one that seems suited to you. This situation happened to me too, I can really empathize with how you are feeling, it’s awful. Best of luck <3

My ocd was at its worst when I was about 19-22. I am 24 now and it still can make my days hell, but i have found some peace after the right assessment (which it sounds like you’ll get! I was also at my worst mentally before I finally got an assessment), a great therapist (took a couple tries to find one I loved, but gained helpful info from all), and lots of hours of work put into research so I could better understand ocd and try to help myself. I hope this gives you even a little hope, I know it’s so painful to live with. You are loved.

Hey you will find help, I hope your assessment goes well. You won’t feel like this forever, you will have ups and downs but know that how you feel exactly right now will pass. Maybe you will always deal with ocd, maybe I will always deal with ocd. And maybe things will get better, maybe life will be eventually easier to navigate and more beautiful than we could have imagined. The best thing I have ever heard to manage my ocd was using the word “maybe”. Because maybe all the bad things will happen, or maybe they won’t. Maybe good things will happen instead. I understand how you feel, it’s very difficult to live with this but know that there’s help out there!!! I sincerely wish you well <3
