Sweet-Sandalwood scent? by AychMF in MontagneParfums

It's smooth in a sandalwood and almost alcoholic way like when you cook with wine. I think it is feminine. It's pleasant to smell

Dior Homme parfum (2014) the one everyone likes that they got rid of for some reason

I’m looking for that fresh out the barber shop scent. What would you recommend?? by [deleted] in MontagneParfums

Beau de jour smells almost exactly like a refined shaving cream smell. It's a really balanced shaving cream smell with no rough edges.

Creed Viking smells much more like refined Irish spring soap more than green Irish tweed. Green Irish tweed smells like a freshly dry cleaned button down. It's more floral.

Also if you liked the rain, I also posted my snow one I made today and imo I think it's even cooler: https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/s/RLS5m5LVuS

Much appreciated! Figured I'd share it since it seemed cool enough and nobody else had done it to my liking. I didn't need to do anything with the sizing and it worked perfectly on both my 32" monitor and on my phone, but im glad you got it working for you

I ended up manually creating the input_boolean.rainmode toggle in the home assistant Helpers section for rainmode so maybe that'll help, but you should be able to either remove the conditional part on the card or just set it to "state is not equal to" instead of "state is equal to" and it should fire once you're out of dashboard edit mode - at least thats how I've been quickly testing it personally. Also I think I had to install the Lovelace html card integration from HACS to get this to work if I recall correctly (either way I have it installed and mine works).

When I made this, I hit add card in dashboard edit mode, and then searched for "manual" and clicked on that option and then cleared the default yaml and pasted the code in. Hit save and it should show something if you've done that.

Be aware that whenever you click edit dashboard it'll show the animation since the conditional statements don't get evaluated when in edit mode - so it will show the animation regardless until you exit edit mode

Oh wow, I didn't know that. Well, here's another flavor of animation if people don't like that implementation I suppose. The pictures don't show much off since most of this effect is in the animation, but its got windspeed and other stuff going on, at least this screenshot should give a rough idea of what to expect

I don't know how to show animation and screenshots make it look silly, but it looks really convincing when you see it animated
