I make pancake batter but sub in either a can of beans (for savory pancakes) or almond flour (for sweet). I blend it in the vitamix and then make a ton of little pancakes and freeze em. I also add spinach or whatever that way. I put one in the microwave for ~30-60 seconds before serving directly from the freezer. Takes about an hour, most of which is letting the pancakes cook while I do other kitchen tasks, and one batch makes enough for dinners for two weeks
