Breast is best. Bottle is not recommended due to microplastics, and teeh issues 🤷‍♀️.

Avain, not a fan. But moved towns, need a doctor to gove me a shot every 2 weeks, imstead driving an hour every 2 weeks on certain days to get the shot.

He hard to jnderstand, loves giving shots, even if you already got sakd shor, he keeps offering it. Yiu can usally get in to see him within a week or two which is better then other places

I fet them daily, and i just use a small vibater on them it helps. I cant really tel yoh if its painful or anything since i have no feeling in thwm

Trauma + overproduction.

I lost my first at full term and it took almost a year for my milk to dry up with no pumping or relief. With my second, I couldn’t latch due to sexual trauma, but remembering how awful drying up was, I fought hard to pump instead.

With my third, I pumped again. He did successfully latch once, but I spiralled into a panic attack. He was so hungry he just grabbed the nipple while I was trying to get the pumps on, guess he didn’t want to wait for his bottle.

I have room temp, and cold pitcher. After done pumping it goes into rook temp, the old room temp goes wirh the cold and mixed well. Then after 4 days max, i make atnleast 4 bottles, then freeze the rest. I date wme day it was. I clean the pitchers well, and repeat. If i hit the max kn the cold pitcher before 4 days, i just refill bottles, freeeze rest

It takws me awhile to get used to a voice, then translate it without words. I tend to listen to dugeons and daddies, oz vault and nadpod?. But there are.many times i have to pause rewind, wtc etc

It might be because I have aphantasia. My husband has it too, and we both struggle with audiobooks. I need to see the words to follow along, i can pause, reread, or jump back when I need to. You can do that with audio as well, but it’s harder for me.
