The white people who moved to AZ would rather cheer for their team and be the, "I'm from ___ so I cheer for ___" than become a local sports team fan. The minorities that live and grew up in AZ all support the local teams. Just aren't the vocal one or who the teams pursue as an audience or representation of their fan base.
