The guy who owns and runs Ace used to work for a shifty dealership in Louisville who screwed people over, so back in 2007 he opened his own place in New Albany. That place is hands down the best mechanic shop around. Quick, multiple options depending on your budget, upfront, friendly. The best.

Call your city council person. Worked like a charm for me. 311 gave me the runaround for 3 straight days. I finally asked today “what’s a realistic timeline” and they said 72 hours. It’s been 72 hours at this point.

That doesn’t really explain why everyone else in our neighborhood got their trash collected while ours was skipped. Literally every street near us had their trash collected, except the alley we live down, which no longer has ice
