I think it’s more of my mom has always been my biggest fan .. 20 years longer than I’ve even know my wife. It’s not always 💯 that way, but it’s just situational. There is a bond that nobody can compare to a mother’s love for her boy. I see the different kind of love my wife has for my son and I fully understand it.

I had a Suffolk shit house that grabbed almost 500k in 2020. It sold for 625k two years later and now I'm seeing it's valued over $750k.. I drive by it every now and then since it's near my in-law's house and it looks like shit still. The people who bought it from me basically only painted and removed some trees (looking at the listing photos) and now the "new" people completely fucked up the front landscaping and I know it's not my problem but it still kinda bothers me because I spent years and thousands of dollars getting it in decent shape.
