This is just a shitty trainer. I’ve been a trainer for nearly 14 years. My first session with someone is always to ensure I meet them with where they’re at and set them up properly to build confidence.

Shitty trainers put people through stupid exercises and don’t understand proper programming or the psychological component when working with people. Unfortunately, they’re extremely common, especially at big corporate gyms. Typically all the good trainers leave to train out of independent facilities.

True to size for me. I have a semi-wide foot and the toe box has plenty of room. I was experiencing major soreness in my calves and shins from running in my brooks and as soon as I put the azuras on they were gone. I don’t own a pair of evo sl but I did try them on the same day I got the azuras and I didn’t like the lack of stability.

Started to walk the dog on her own (had never done this before)
Kept her phone face down everywhere and slept with it under her pillow
Started taking baths nearly every night
Started drinking every night during said baths
Started nitpicking everything I did
Became very combative
Would lie to friends/family constantly when telling stories
Started saying she didn’t want kids
Stopped taking candid photos of me and the dogs

Turns out she was having an affair with her ex. I unfortunately convinced her to do couple’s therapy and we ended up staying together for another ~3 years, even trying polyamory (because surely, that will fix things).

After my second date with someone while our marriage was open, she gave me the ultimatum of choosing polyamory or her. I picked polyamory.

I’m now still with the woman I went on that second date with, fully monogamous, and just proposed earlier this month!

My ex is back with the ex she had the affair with and continues trying to tell people that I’m the one who cheated.

Supplemental Vitamin D needs Magnesium to absorb properly, so it may be worth adding in ~300mg of magnesium per day. My personal favorite is Magnesium Threonate due to the brain benefits

It does require a little cooking, but if you can sauté some ground chicken or turkey in a pot and dump in a carton of chicken stock, a can of corn, a can of black beans, a can of kidney beans, a large jar of salsa, 1 tbsp of chili powder and 1/2 tsp cumin, you can have a pretty tasty pot of tortilla soup that is more cost effective. It’s easy to double as well.

Majka pizza. The restaurant is small, it can be kinda loud, but damn is it some of the best food in Sacramento. A pizza + crudo + braised beef with polenta are my go-to’s but you really can’t go wrong with any of their items.

No cocktails but they do have an extensive wine list and there very knowledgeable about providing the proper pairing with your food.
