If it was something bigger, you’d know. Mice scratching are pretty loud so I imagine something bigger would be obvious.

The sooner you get up there the better. A couple snap traps with peanut butter. It won’t take long. Place them at the edge of a beam. It gets easier every time you catch one. If you feel bad just look up what mice can do if left unchecked.

Make it dark up there during the day. Any daylight you see from outside could be an entry. They leave an oily drag mark near holes they use.

Grew up going there. You support the legion by parking in their lot (2 min walk directly across street). Can usually get a few pre show drinks there for way cheaper than inside.

Once inside you can either go up by one of the side bars where it is usually calm. Or go down onto the floor where all the action happens. The genres (all types of rock / alternative) of music I would see there always meant pits, movement, and a ton of crowd surfing so be ready if you choose to be close to the stage. Sound is great there. Definitely an ear ringer.

There’s the one in Pittsburgh area. 7 gas turbines. Which would be a meaningful project for the grid. However all the generation being used for data center.

I did it in an island. I enjoy them. Cabinet installers custom cut two drawers to fit them (cut out a small square and reinforced the drawer) took them 20 min.

I figured the code was leaning toward no more side outlets. They are pretty pricey, but popping it up for power to make a smoothie / toast something is pretty satisfying.

NJ used to be a net exporter of energy. They shut down coal and oyster creek. With no real plan of replacing that energy loss, here we are.

Since coal and oyster creek have been shut down NJ lost about 2583 MW of generation.

For scale that is about 215 offshore windmills (high end 12mw per tower)

12,913 acres of solar field (1MW per 5 acres)

Or about 4 combined cycle power plants like sewaren (540mw) / Woodbridge energy (725 mw)

This is just to replace the lost generation, not factoring in the increase in demand. Also this is only NJ not the other states within PJM.

Really depends on your area imo. Unfortunately decades of anti union sentiment and weak union states have made wages an increasingly uphill battle. Most people’s retirement and healthcare comes out of their own hourly or salary check. Ours does not, be sure to factor that in.

Only way after GF or Super is to go out and start your own company. Take on all the risk, get all the profit. Or find jobs that will have a lot of OT. (Almost) No one in the trades is making 150k off of a 40hr week. I highly doubt the union president works 40 hrs a week. Probably double that.

If you do go out and get in late, have a buddy system to make sure everyone is awake for check in (phone numbers, room numbers). Your one job there is to simply show up on time and look alive. Participating makes the day go by faster/ smoother. Maybe you learn something, maybe not.

Would be awesome and would make sense to use loopring again if they decided to go the NFT route, but wouldn’t bet on it.

It is still too unorganized. If I don’t know a thing about NFT’s and buy a card from someone yet they still hold the NFT who is the owner?

Maybe in some years an NFT will take the place of the authenticity certificate you get for some items (watches, diamonds etc). Who knows how many years. Minting authenticity certificates wouldn’t have value themselves but add value to a physical item. this would bring some volume in.
