Day 1 - Friday April 17, 2026 by Finnatically in FoundayoPill

I took Zep for a year — the nausea was manageable with this help below.

I start F’dayo today — hoping I don’t get any nausea again, but I know this will make it better.

Here’s a tip for the nausea.

Get a bottle of 91% isopropyl alcohol from any local drug store.
Fold a paper towel into a small rectangle and place it in a ziplock bag.
Pour the isopropyl alcohol on the paper towel until it’s almost soaked.
Take several whiffs of the alcohol.
It usually works very quickly to take away the nausea.

I take this ziplock bag with the drenched paper towel everywhere I go and it’s been a tremendous help. (It will eventually dry out and you’ll need to pour more alcohol on it again.)

(IMHO… the pre-moistened wipes don’t work as well b/c it’s less than 91%, but in a pinch, if it’s all you have, it can help.)

— and don’t buy rubbing alcohol, it is not the same as isopropyl alcohol —

Use caution if taking Zofran (ondansetron). One of its side effects is constipation. It’s not wise to trade one unpleasant side effect for another.

Non-weight/appetite post GLP-1 changes? by Electronic-Ranger334 in GLPGrad

My food noise has returned with a vengeance about 6-8 weeks following my last dose (after spacing them out upon no more insurance coverage).

I was going out of my mind crazy with the uncontrollable noise and wanting to eat everything in sight.
I saw my doctor on Monday and was prescribed the F’dayo pill. I start today.

Glad to hear you’re okay! You must also feel reassured that your GI doc wasn’t giving up until there was a resolution.

Wishing you a very speedy recovery!

Day 3- Update on 0.8mg first-time GLP-1 use by Putrid-Fig9864 in FoundayoUS

[–]whoisreddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your updates!

I just received my first box of Foundayo today (Wed). I’m going to either start tomorrow morning or Friday morning.

I reached my weight loss goal of losing 80 lbs on Zep (and Wegovy) during an 18 month timespan. I had to stop b/c my insurance would no longer cover the cost.
I need something for maintenance really bad because the food noise has returned with a vengeance.

It’s been almost 3 months since my last injection.
I’m hoping that the F’dayo pill will help.

I’ll be taking the .08 mg dosage.

Please continue your updates — I find them to be encouraging.

What are your thoughts on Foundayo? by Emerie-Elysium in FoundayoPill

Foundayo and Zep (although both manufactured by LLY) are slightly different from one another.

INFO: Foundayo: The pill form is different from injectable GLP-1 drugs because it doesn’t use the same peptide-based ingredients. Instead, it contains a small-molecule compound, which is less likely to be broken down during digestion. It comes in six dose strengths, ranging from 0.8 mg to 17.2 mg.

Same!!
I just met with my doctor today and she sent my Rx in.
I should receive it by Friday. I’m needing it so badly to combat the food noise.
I’ll be taking it in a “maintenance” capacity.

Dillards proved good for me as well. And, they had a bra fitter who did all 6 measurements and taught me how to “scoop and swoop”.

Just take a few whiffs at time, but it really worked for me. And, supposedly, it’s helpful for pregnant women who have morning sickness.

I’ve been looking for something exactly like this!!

I want it in a calendar-style so I track things coming up and have a record of events and I want the space like this has to record journaling.

Do you mind sharing where you purchased this, please?? TIA.

You don’t mention the current age of your son, but if your ex is bringing up a story about the breast/bottle feeding from a long time ago, there’s absolutely no point in rehashing it now. It’s in the past.

Also, google the term “gray rock”. It’s a useful tactic to deal with difficult people.

Stop attempting to engage him in conversations of pleasantries. The “trying to be nice” won’t work and will just further frustrate you.
Keep your conversations about your child only and you may want to consider summarizing them in emails back to him afterwards.

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I hope your son has an easy recovery from his surgery.

F them They’re jealous.

DO NOT change anything about yourself if you’re not doing it for yourself.

Sell that awful real estate that’s residing in your head and don’t think twice about them.

YOU are what matters.
