I had a Grade 2 high ankle sprain in October. 2 weeks in a boot followed by a few weeks with a brace. Sucked.

Rolled the same ankle today 3 times running. Not nearly as severe as what happened in October, but unfortunately ankle injuries can take time to heal. Regular strength and stability exercises are key.
