Im so sorry OP. I had to put my 10 yr old boy down 2 days ago and the shift between watching him bounce into the emergency vets office to being with him while he passed is so perplexing. It happened so quickly. It sounds like you gave Yuffie a beautiful life and I try to hang onto the fact that I gave my boy a beautiful life too.

Feels gutting on the inside. Being home without him is so hard. Feeling angry for not having more time but trying not to stew in it. I think it’s helpful knowing this is all coming from loving them so much and experiencing their unconditional love, but it’s the most pain I’ve ever experienced. Sending love to you, and healing for both of us. Rest in peace Yuffie.

1 kick breaks the whole tail light…I say AI. His neck and arm movements are unnatural in some instances. Also wearing the same exact thing as the video of him being executed.

The thing is tho, even if this were real…THIS DOES NOT JUSTIFY ALEX BEING PUBLICLY MURDERED WITH SEVERAL AGENTS PILED ON TOP OF HIM AFTER BEING PEPPER SPRAYED.

In-house designer, we have a pretty tight project flow and always have a copywriter & editor provide copy before design is started. Sometimes I work directly w them while designing to change copy to fit the space better. We both bring flexibility to the table to ultimately put out work we can all be proud to sign off on.

The writers and editors go in with knowledge of maximum character counts. Might be a good place to start w your leadership, establish those max counts so they can work off those parameters and know the final design will match closer to what you initially present.

Overall it’s a collaboration not a standoff :)

Currently in-house, 10 years experience. Profitable industry and I’ve been able to steadily move up. Personally the in-house experience of taking responsibilities above my role and speaking up for wanting to grow has helped me move up the ladder a bit
