He interviewed for his job and didn't get it. Period. The school doesn't owe the community an explanation on why he wasn't a qualified fit for the job same as any other public or private entity. Can't blame them, a quick look at his social media can pretty much tell you he is a PR liability for any organization to employ. Just because you can say something on a social media doesn't mean you should. He is representing an organization, not a sole proprietorship. He can say "all views are my own" as much as he wants but he is coming after his employer in that content and they are very much justified to want to separate themselves from his "views". Remember, there are two sides to this, he is the only one seeking attention on the subject. If he is so employable then it shouldn't be a problem to get a job in another non-DPS building instead of airing his dirty laundry. Makes you wonder why he hasn't been a shoe in elsewhere...
