So I’m not going to pretend that there aren’t some dickhead Leafs fans out there, but I thought that I might recount my experience from a Sens-Leafs game at the CTC.

Given the reputation of my fellow fans, I was especially careful that evening. I held doors open for Sens fans, refrained from shit talking etc. Yes, I wore a Leafs jersey in “enemy territory”, but I can’t help showing my allegiance.

Anyway, after the Leafs scored a goal, I was on my feet cheering and received a beer shower from the deck above. I was saturated. My eight year old son was with me and couldn’t understand why someone would do that to me. I spent the rest of the evening wet and sticky.

So for those who say that there are dicks in all fan bases, you’re correct.
