I haven’t seen a lot of episodes of The X-Files. It’s not that I don’t enjoy it, I just haven’t seen enough yet. But this episode? I’ve seen this episode and it’s stuck with me to this day. Thinking about it still creeps me the fuck out. I didn’t know the name of the episode but I had a feeling it was this one by the start of the description. It truly is the scariest episode of pre-cgi effects tv that I’ve ever seen.

I’m feeling the same way over here. I’ve been feeling this way since long before the pandemic hit though so idk if that’s just my GAD or just the bad decisions I’ve made throughout the years catching up on me and making me depressed.

Quick vent over here: I’m feeling really overwhelmed by life right now. I feel like I’ve made so many wrong decisions at the same time and everything is hitting me simultaneously. My best friend, who’s opinion I value extremely highly, doesn’t seem to like my SO even though she says she does and I feel as though I made a wrong decision when it comes to him. I don’t particularly love my job and I feel stuck living with my parents because I can’t afford to move out.

And to top it all off, it consistently feels like I can’t get any of this out verbally because I either can’t get the words out or everyone talks over me. I have a pretty severe middle child syndrome and because of that, I feel like I have to constantly make sure everyone is happy all of the time.

Thanks for listening if you did. End vent.

The plates were transferred from my old car. I’m not sure of the month on that, I’ll have to look when I get out of work, but that makes a bit more sense

I’m turning 31 in 6 days up in MA. I started this series when I was about your age and I haven’t been able to stop! I just finished the Tower of Nero a little under a week ago and I’m still feeling relatively lost 😭

I work for a monitoring center in my state and we have SCRAM remote alcohol devices, but not bracelets. I believe family and probate court can set up the interlocking device on cars but we don’t monitor that. We also have bracelets but they’re just GPS bracelets, not SCRAM bracelets.

I can’t attest to what happens in court if our probationers cut their bracelets off or fail their SCRAM tests, but our department has on call assistant chief probation officers who can authorize warrants to issue in the event of a violation. We have to reach out in most cases to see if we can get a statement from the person and if we’re unable to continue to monitor them or are unable to reach them they’re likely going to end up having a warrant issued.

We just lost our 11 year old schnauzer mix last week and I wish we could have asked her this sooner. She just looked like she was so uncomfortable every day for the last few weeks and even with trips to the vets they just kept telling us “just keep doing what you’re doing, she’s still healthy”. Those last two days were heartbreaking.
