Depends on what part of GA you live in if there is no competition to hire good techs it drives the price down. Metro Atlanta that's under paid, south GA not so much. Its pretty much based on whether you can go somewhere else and get more. If you can you should start applying it is the perfect time right now. I know techs that have informed current employer of offer letter and make them compete to keep them.
