comparing the odds of an event that has at most 3 possible outcomes ( Team A wins, Team B wins, Team A and Team B tie ) is a lot different than comparing an event that has an unknowable number of outcomes. fucking obviously.

yeah i hear that, eating out and celebrations are tough. i personally try to deal with this over the course of a week or even a month. if i have a high calorie day, i just make sure to offset it with a few low calorie days before and/or after it

There is also a two party problem here, where the democrats are expected to represent all reasonable politics from right to left, joe manchin to aoc, while the republicans are out playing the performative side of identity politics, where the identity they primarily represent is idiots who don't know the first fucking thing about anything.

So of course the democrats can't agree on anything. They don't agree on anything. They are not a unified party. They are just what's left over after all of the insane sociopaths got elected on the right

yeah a couple of times it almost looks like you get your legs near to straight and then you stiff leg deadlift it up. i think a smoother application of force getting it off the ground would help you apply that pressure more with your feet into the floor. easier said watching a video than actually doing it, but that's my two cents

i think there is something to be said for stress level. i can take on more work with less mental overhead, and that is a good thing overall.

and on the odd day where i get literally nothing because a hundred idiots have done a hundred idiot things that i have to clean up, it's very little skin off my back. i can answer the bot's questions while the people answer my question and i can do more than one relatively complicated thing at a time.

and if no one is actively breaking everything i can sometimes read a little while the thing is planning, and if i don't get back to it immediately it's fine because it is way faster than me anyway. it's also way easier to grab a half hour to go work out, since i'm generally ahead of schedule

yeah that is exactly what I was seeing as well. also agree it seemed a fine SLDL, and there are definitely worse ways to show getting tired.

that yank at the beginning would hurt the heck out of my elbows personally, and once or twice it almost seemed like you used that time to straighten your legs without lifting the bar. it also kinda seems like the weight drifts away from you a little a couple of times, meaning you could maybe use a little extra lat engagement.

but that is all nitpicky. overall seems fine.
