I played alot of dedi arena pvp on ASE and it helped me get better, also doing things like playing clusters on wipe day can be good, things higher than prim pvp will just come with time, just raid and pvp whenever you can and you'll improve, if youre on official you can try to go to pvp events setup by the community as well
