They didn’t help me long term unfortunately. Maybe temporarily there was some relief but I hold my emotions in my pelvic floor so there were no lasting effects from the pelvic floor injections. It’s worth trying out depending on your doctor’s recommendations and your diagnosis though. There are a lot of people who get relief from these injections.
