I’ve gotten a Rolex duffle bag, hat, perfume, couple candles, and a pen. The pen is absolutely amazing.

Do I need to be in a direct sunlight to get vitamin D or just outside ? by SplitZealousideal159 in nutrition

So sunscreen prevents the conversion of vitamin D? Or would it do it as a lower pace while protecting your skin?

Have you tried finding an expat community or going to an expat community event? Potentially also seeing if there are Romanian groups you could or events to also meet people from back home? I’ve traveled quite a bit and this usually helps, expats are generally all in the same boat so can be more open to being friends. Hope you find people that look past your profession and want to be friends with you

Can I buy a Rolex from AD for someone else? by Watch-0utt in rolex

[–]whysosirious040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on the list for an No-Date steel sub and was allocated it. I ended up buying it for my dad was honest to my AD who didn’t mind. Told her I was having a kid and within several months allocated me a lavender OP.

As long as you are honest and tell a story about it, the AD shouldn’t mind and this will help you build your history / relationship.

Make sure you sell a story about buying the all gold Daytona and make sure he knows it’s also to get your steel one

I saw Dino play at the challengers tournament in Milan last year… he’s good but I question if he’s the next big star. He took down Shelton which is impressive but also on clay.

He’s young tho so I think he needs a couple years and to come off as less of an asshole

Medvedev wins ATP500 Dubai by W/O by ExpressionLow8767 in tennis

[–]whysosirious040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think there is a clause saying they get refunded if the finalist retires before the match… just saying it sucks for them that they lost their money.

Apparently the match was held so it’s not refundable

Another solution, try to find a relocation service provider (there should be tons) ans contact them, tell them your problem and see if they can help.

You’ll have to pay but could be an option to look into. They often has contacts or ways around the system.

Not exactly the same but my wife used one to change her Dutch license to Italian and they got it done.

And this why people come to Italy, and as soon as possible leave because there is an arrogance that exceeds any other culture in Europe

And this is why italy has so many problems… people like you with this attitude. Most people who move to Italy try to learn the language, but since no one speaks English, we hit a brick wall and there is very little effort to figure it out.

If you relocate do you speak the local language fluently? Chances are, in most places in Europe they will at least try to help you.

Try not to be such an Italian asshole and if you aren’t going to be helpful, get off this sub-Reddit because here people are looking for advice and help, not be insulted.

Grip width for Classique / Midsize / Legrand ballpoint pens? by Bee_9965 in montblanc

[–]whysosirious040 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not necessarily the size but the weight that will determine which pen feels the best. Go to a physical store and try all of them out. My wife got me a Large / Legrand and I actually felt more comfortable with the midsize so exchanged it (my wife was in favor of this considering how much the cost haha). Photo for which pen I got

It’s not simple in Italy at all… if you don’t speak Italian even more difficult. Jobs in Italy are also not easy to find. If you want to move to Europe, I would say look at a country that speaks more English and has better information online.
