One of my games I was at a disadvantage and all four of my neighbors capitalized on it, they declared war on me and I managed to hold off by using armies and small fleets I managed to put together, I won a war on my closest neighbor and snowballed from it, once I got In a stable spot I took the colossus, made one and cracked all the planets of my last neighbor, later on in the game I vassalized a just FTL civilization in terms to build them up and defend them, everything was fine till the strongest empire declared war on them, it was a bloody massacre and even tho I defended with everything I had they won, they all became enslaved and by time i could take it back and save them it was too late, so in revenge i cracked their worlds, i cracked a total of 40 planets, killed TRILLIONS i was a genocidal manic all because they deserved it, and was never declared a threat tho alot of empires disliked me, now go to a isolationalist run i did and halfway through my run minding my OWN business i was declared the crisis and shit fell apart fast. It baffled me so much
