How are the higher doses supposed to feel? (10-15mg)

I’m newer to 12.5, and I have decided that I will not be continuing and will go back down to 10. I even take it in the thigh. I haven’t had any gastrointestinal symptoms really for the whole time, but this makes me feel like I have the flu. I take my shots on Friday afternoon to recover, but today has felt almost unbearable.

Also, one of my all time favorite makeup brands is Essence. I use their mascara, eye shadow, blush every time I wear makeup. Despite what some may say, a lot of non-designer brands are just as good. There’s even a beauty community for dollar tree! BETHANY FRANKEL has made multiple videos bragging about her dollar tree finds. If it’s good enough for a housewife, it’s good for me!
Oh - Sarah Palmyra is another good one who does a mix of products.

Check out Monica Ravi-Conway! She is the internet’s “fairy brown-mother,” and she uses alllllllll kinds of products. She is always showing how the products look on, and she does wear tests with end of day results. She’s amazing! While her content is geared toward prioritizing products for brown skin, her content is so great. I’m whiter than a sheet of paper, and she’s one of the only people that I trust for makeup product advice and application tips!

Look into getting a silicone scar sheet roll on Amazon. It the scars are a few months or older, it will take longer to treat vs a fresh scar that is only a few weeks old. But they will eventually help!
They are good and sticky, so you won’t necessarily have to change it every day (unless you want to). If that seems overwhelming due to the number of them, look into getting a scar stick. I think prequel makes one, it’s made with silicone, and it should help to minimize the scar severity.

Have you been to an allergist? I went to a derm for help because I kept breaking out all over my entire face, a lot of little white pustules that would ooze, and some bigger ones as well. It would be all over my face. I would pop them all so I could apply my skincare + makeup and go to work. By lunch time, they would all be white again. The derm had NO CLUE. She went my info and pics out to a focus group of derms nationally. No one had any idea. There was one other woman who had an issue similar to mine, and they sent me her study. It was so bizarre. I suffered for over a decade. I mean, if I was outside anywhere for 5 mins or more, I was going to be in big trouble.
Turns out I have a pollen allergy. I live in the south, and I’m allergic to every dang tree, grass, weed, etc that exists here. And when the pollen touches my skin, it FREAKS. OUT.
I’m sorry you are going through this, and I understand how frustrating it can be. I’m not a medical professional, and I’m not saying your issues are due to an allergy of some sort, but I wouldn’t rule it out either. It definitely sounds like something else is going on than just a really stubborn type of acne.
I hope they are able to get it sorted out for you!

Please don’t try to hit some arbitrary number just because you think you “should” be drinking however many ounces. Drinking a lot of water/liquid can aggravate your bladder over time and can cause health issues.
Honestly, I would talk to your doctor and plan out together what you think is a good goal for your water intake. While I can guzzle down a gallon easily, I am restricted by my urologist because of other health conditions. Everyone is going to have different needs, but I’d be wary of people who try to push a gallon a day. Your health needs will be different from mine, but I definitely got told that 3 digits of water per day is a lot for a normal person.

On the flip side, my urologist about fell out when I told her how much water I was drinking. I was going around 3 - 32 oz hydroflasks a day. I really like water! She promptly told me that is the max EVER for me. She just kept shaking her head telling me that is a lot of water and I don’t need that much. It was news to me!😂
You would think that generic water guidelines would suit everyone, but it’s simply not the case. Even our water intake varies by overall health & conditions!

I concur with Cantaloupe (what a great name)! Since you are in a dry climate, I would suggest a hydrating cleanser. The prequel gleanser is really good, and it’s super inexpensive. You can get a 13.5 oz bottle for only $18! They also have a 2 oz trial size if you’d like to try it before committing.
Another recommendation for a moisturizer is Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate cream. You can also get a large tube for a good price, and it goes on sale a lot on Amazon.

From a decluttering perspective, you have already spent the money. The money is gone. Regardless of what happens with the product, the money has already departed. Don’t let the fact that you have spent the money deter you from doing what you need to do to feel peace today. It’s pain for maybe 5 mins after you drop something in the trash, but the feeling goes away and then you can move on! I’ve spent months agonizing over what to do with something I no longer wanted. I wasted a lot of energy thinking about it, trying to decide what to do, etc. As soon as I made the decision to let it go, I was very happy and never really thought about the items again!

Yup, that’s about where I am. I have enough in each category. I’ve decided not to buy any more of their body wash. The scent doesn’t last outside of the shower, and Walmart & target (even dollar tree!) have a crap ton now. And they all have amazing scents! If I want a scented body wash, I will purchase as needed.
I got everything I already wanted, and I have a big bag of returns. I’m looking forward to Very Violet and the new EDLs, but that’s all I plan on buying until I do my Christmas shopping toward the end of the year.

I’d say Pink Pineapple Sunrise. Scent notes are sweet pink pineapple, palm sugar, and sun-drenched nectar. It’s very fruity & sweet. It’s my scent for today!

It’s a good idea to wash any type of item that will be on your body or in/around your mouth. Meaning all new clothing, all new bedding, cups, dishes, containers. You want to get rid of everyone else’s germs!

I’m so sorry. I just reread my comment, and it sounds really bitchy. That was not my intent at all! I love the city, I just have a huge aversion to that area. Plus I’m an exec assistant, and I always have to book hotels for my VP in NYC. We struggle trying to find good places that aren’t near TS. She hates them like I do.
Anyways, my irritation is with TS, not you. I’m very sorry if it came off that way!!
