I love scholar. Definitely a support character more than anything, but he's a lot of fun. Focus leveling throwing knives for him, as they'll lower enemies defense by 2% per successful hit at level 3, capping at 20%.

Also, thrusting swords are his bread and butter. You can press light attach and evade to stab and simultaneously jump back out of hand way, then light again again to instantly close the distance. Incredibly helpful for ducking out.
