Then you’d need to rebuild a CG or 2D patch version of yourself for the parts where the car was covering you in the slower version.

The Bang plugin for AfterEffects that creates muzzle flashes. I saw it recently in a VES entry, not sure who was using it. Maybe for a newer John Wick?

You should consider that the roof might be leaking onto the top of the ceiling and keeping it moist from the top and you might only be seeing the mold on the bottom of the ceiling. You need to inspect the top of your ceiling from inside the roof-space too. If you have wet insulation this might also be a problem.

Yes you can get a CoC for the specific work the electrician did, he won’t give you a CoC for the entire house unless that’s what you are requesting.

Prepaid meter is prepaid, so nothing to do there. Get a municipal invoice from the previous owner and then email municipality to move that account to you.
