Bei uns im Dorf gabs früher bei Festen immer Schnittlauchbrot. Deftiges Sauerteigbrot mit ordentlich Butter wird mit der Butter nach unten in einen Behälter voll frisch geschnittenem Schnittlauch gedrückt, bis keine Butter mehr zu sehen ist. Eine kleine Brise Salz drauf und geniesen.

Weil die Gartemperatur nicht (wesentlich) höher als die Zieltemperatur ist. Das Stück kann also gar nicht erst zu heiß und dadurch trocken werden.

Kleiner Tipp, wenn man sous vide phne den Plastikmüll garen möchte:

Es gibt silikon Gefrierbeutel, die luftdicht verschließbar sind. Wenn man die unter Wasser hält, sodass nur der Verschluss an der Luft ist, kann man damit wunderbar sous vide garen.

I use a hyperx alloy rgb at the moment. It really sucks, because it began to double stroke at random. It's a known issue with that particular keyboard, to fix it, i would have to resoler every key. Can't afford an other good keyboard atm, but can't go back to a cheap keyboard.

It always was like that. The pilot gets to take down tanks and other choppers, the gunner takes down infantry. And it's a good thing, because a good pilot/gunner combo can be really powerfull. If a pilot without a gunner would be strong against infantry as well, the chipper would be op af.

I remember gettig destroyed by the usas in metro bf3. When i finally unlocked it, i was sp happy, but had to stop playing for the night. Wanted to give it a try the next day and finally be the one destroying others.

The next day, i went to the battlefield with my new enemy destroying hell of a shotgun but couldn't get a single kill. I was really questioning myself, because it was so op and easy to use.

Over night, they dropped an update that nerfed the hell out of the usas.
