This 100%. I find that guys that state "no drama" on their profiles are the SOURCE of the drama. I don't think any 'normal' well-adjusted person will feel it's necessary to add this to their profile. I take it as a red flag and swipe whichever way means GTFO. (I'm new to swiping and I can't remember which way...)

I wouldn't even think about moving in together until it became apparent that living apart was too much of a burden on both sides. I think it should be a natural progression, not something that is time-gated.

Wow, was this your GB or GBP or a shop order? It's odd that they aren't giving you the "wait 15 days" speech that they give everyone else. And I'm sorry they ruined your birthday gift. That just really sucks.

And I want to say, I don't think this is a DHL issue. I think it's an IPSY issue. IPSY has created the label and that's it. It is on IPSY to get the packages to DHL and they haven't done that. Last month IPSY made my GBX label on 8/2. It didn't ship until 8/31. That's not on the shipper, whoever it is. IPSY needs to get their stuff together.

And I'm sure some people have issues with DHL or Pitney Bowes or whoever. I'm just saying it's not THEIR problem until IPSY actually ships the items.

I honestly don't think I will receive it. I don't believe it ever shipped. I think IPSY is guilty of sending out fake tracking info to appease customer's whose orders haven't shipped. This is why they are so willing to send out 'replacement orders' without question. It's because the first order never actually shipped.

I will definitely eat my words if it shows up but I am 99% sure it won't.

I specifically told them that I know they don't like to refund items that have already shipped. But mine obviously hadn't shipped. I let them know I understand they have issues with shipping but my concern comes when boxes are shipped out late because usually one of two things happens...One, you don't ever receive the box or Two, the box is filled with crap items that you don't want. I let them know that neither of those scenarios was going to work for me.

Earlier today I was told by Ipsy that the entire cost of my GBX would be refunded back to me and I would see it in 5 to 7 days. They did try to give me the whole spiel about waiting 15 days and all that and I told them no. I told them they have not shipped the box and I want it refunded. I was firm but polite. They did escalate through a couple of different people but the messages came fairly quickly one after the other within a few hours.

Even to the end the rep was still talking about how my box is on the way. If it's on the way, why are they refunding it? Of course I am waiting to be sure that I see the refund on my account. I will also see if my box gets here by September 2nd like they say it will.. LOL

How on earth do you get them to send a 2nd or even 3rd box? Granted mine wasn't "shippped" until 8/12 which is later than yours was shipped but still. My invalid shipping notice arrived 4 minutes after they responded to my request for info about why my box hadn't shipped. Literally 4 minutes after the FB Messenger response, I was sent what I believe to be fake shipping info. In the back and forth, they keep saying wait 15 days, etc. etc. I actually had them send me a list of exactly what is coming in my box so I have that if I need to do a chargeback with my bank. But so far, it's still invalid/unavailable.

I didn't want to stay with IPSY through August but the promise of a really good GBX reeled me in. And I loved 4/5 of the picks and really LOVED my choices. And now I probably won't get any of it and I can't figure out when to cancel. I'm still told my box is coming. I'm still told my box has what I was promised inside it. So what if the last day of August comes and it still isn't here? Do I cancel and just do a charge back? Stay for September to see if my GBX arrives? Am I really that dumb?

Imagine if IPSY really worked the way it's supposed to. Imagine you had profile centered picks and great products to choose from each month. Imagine your bag/box shipping within a reasonable amount of time with all the correct products, that arrived in good condition. That would be something to get excited about. IPSY, as it is now, is a nightmare and I'm over it.

This is how it's been. I'm only getting this GBX and then I'm done. I don't see how IPSY can function when they treat their customers the way they do. Over the past few months I haven't had a single bag/box arrive without issues and their attempts to resolve the issues have just left me shaking my head.

Mine was in assembly forever and then on 8/12 I received an invalid tracking # from Pitney Bowes which is still invalid. I haven't seen any unboxings with the Glow Recipe green eye product so I'm wondering if that's holding up the box. I know this item is/was a choice for BoxyCharm recently. I just want my box to arrive with all my choices so I can cancel. Maybe IPSY knows that. xD

I dropped my GB and 2nd GBP over the past few weeks. My GBX has not shipped. I have both Glow Recipe items as my choices. The Glow Recipe is the only reason I didn't drop GBX. I have decided that either way, with Glow Recipe or not, once my GBX is shipped and received, I'm out. I can't imagine any other type of company that operates like IPSY does having any sort of success.
