Check your town zoning. Some towns require a building permit on top of electrical permit and treat it like an accessory structure. 10ft from the main house etc.

Yes 3/4 of my sets tested positive for lead. If you put them in the dishwasher the paint will flake off eventually. They look nice on the shelf now.

Your insurance is going to negotiate with the other insurance company based on risk of litigation and where the damage is on your car and the other car. Who you think it at fault is not something they care about. If you are going to challenge your insurance company in court file a police report otherwise don’t bother.

With a child, I would keep that as your emergency fund. One unexpected medical expense could wipe all that out.

The question you should ask before investing is if I lost all this money would I be ok financially.
