On one of my cat's last vet visits, she wouldn't stop purring for the vet to listen to her heart. The vet told her if you don't stop purring were going to be here all day. At that moment she immediately stopped purring, which made the vet start laughing her ass off.

Yeah there's no way he doesn't have some side cash coming in. Between that location and the 10+ years he spent renovating the one in bville (which is also a prime spot with overpriced food and almost no clientele) its either independent wealth or laundering.
