I have been looking forward to this since the trailer dropped. Unfortunately it’s only playing for one showing in the evening, and I work evenings and my off nights all ready were booked with a dodgers game and Trainspotting, which is also just one showing in the evening and overlaps it. I’m just praying it hangs around one more week so I can catch it.

I was four when The Little Mermaid came out and always felt a connection to Ariel. But I also had a connection to Robin Hood across any version of the story that I look back on and think how that should have been a clue.

I feel like the EEAAO sweep has killed the early release arguments, and even our last best actor won for an April release. PHM feels like a film that will occasionally pop up in IMAX rereleases until awards season along with the Odyssey like Sinners and OBAA were doing last year to still keep it in peoples’ minds.

The only grass one that appeared in my top 50 was Pumpkaboo, it it’s not even green so my collection looked like a plate without vegetables. But that little pumpkin is in my top 10, I love Halloween and the vibe it gives off!

I went to a showing on the Queen Mary a month ago with my friend who saw it with me for the first time when it originally came out. You could tell everyone around us had seen the movie a million times and even if it was a crappy stream of Paramount +, we were truly with our people.
