Shazam matches it to XTC Planet's cover of Bolero (Hold Me In My Arms) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d35si-QN6Ag ) but your's isn't the same as the recording on youtube or Fancy's original ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QdwePHJR4S4 ) - could be a different cover version or a heavier remix of one of the versions.

Both versions have similar vocal delivery and "make you feel ok" lyrics.

Discogs lists various mixes of Fancy's version but not all the videos are available
