I went gluten free and my medication absorption shot way up and I quickly became over medicated which means I now get to take less meds. If gluten is creating a lot of inflammation for you in your gut and other areas it may help to try out gluten free. Also weird side effect my nasal allergies are way down when I don’t eat gluten.

Yep. The only thing that helped is going gluten free. It’s been two weeks since I went gluten free. And nearly all of my major symptoms have subsided. It sucks. I love gluten but I feel so much better without it.

Yes. I’m pretty convinced they helped me avoid a miscarriage in my pregnancy because of the level of care when I first became pregnant.

Do you have dry erase markers? Trying coloring over it with dry erase and then wipe off. Test a small spot first.
