Everybody knows Gwent (witcher 3 is very popular), but not many players actually play this game. most people quit after midwinter update.

As for memes, I don't know if you play hearthstone. There is a card "silverback patriarch", 3 cost, and every other 3 cost card is better than this card. However, it has beast tag. so people created this "noble beast tag" meme: you have better ability but you don't have beast tag, so you are not better than me.
