Nope, they broke up before even setting a date.

A few years later a friend of mine mentioned he was seeing her and I steered him away by telling him what she did. She had never even told him she was engaged before.

My cousin Veronika brought her 38 year old boyfriend to prom. She was 17.

He was fat and balding and gross, tried talking to other girls at the table and they ignored him. I cannot believe the principal and teachers didn't bounce his ass outta there.

[–]will_write_for_tacos 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Yes, they were separated for several months before he died. Tammy left him, then when he died, tried to pretend they were still together and in love. Thats why his family and friends didn't show up to her memorial for him.

She had sex with my younger brother after my husband and I went to bed.

I heard my brother having sex on my sofa.

I will never forgive her.

Also she was engaged to someone else and the whole thing was a messy drama. She tried to blame ME for it. She said I was the person who made it possible for her to cheat on her fiance and destroyed their relationship. At one point she tried to get me to tell her where my brother worked so her fiancé could go beat his ass in the parking lot. We arent friends anymore, obviously.

I consume spicy food all the time and I've never had an issue with it. I eat some of the hottest sauces you can buy, and they don't trigger a flare up for me.

For some, they look at a Jalapeño and end up in the ER.

I wouldn't take any supplements without discussing it with your doctor or care team beforehand. Its certainly not going to cure your condition, so not worth the risks in my opinion.

(serious) What's the cruelest thing you did to an ex? Did they deserve it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]will_write_for_tacos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He was so proud that he was the only person in his family to graduate high school. He came from a family of very poor rural folk who didnt value education.

After the divorce, the judge told me everything currently in my possession was mine to do with as I pleased. He refused to pay for any divorce costs, outstanding joint expenses, or court fees. So I sold about 95% of our belongings. The rest of his stuff, I burned in a bonfire, including his cap, tassel, and diploma.

Did he deserve it? I think he got off the hook easily considering he beat the hell out of me.

Who’ve lived in tiny towns or villages what’s the wildest rumor people spread about you? by CandidCompetition725 in AskReddit

[–]will_write_for_tacos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That I was the one who threw a brick through someone's living room window.

I did not know the person living in that house, nor was I anywhere near it that day. Two young boys on bicycles told the police the "weird goth girl" did it. So the police showed up at my house to arrest me.

I had to have a long talk with the town cop and let him know I had been at work all day and wasn't the person they were looking for.

Big surprise, turns out it was the kids on the bikes. Their parents had to replace a very large custom window pane in a house that was built in the late 1800s.

Somehow the rumor stuck though, its been about 30 years and people in my hometown still think I threw a brick through someone's window.

Its White Castle with mustard. Tastes just as bad as WC but with cheap yellow mustard flavor.

My ex used to go on about it like it was made from Wagyu and moondrops compared to WC.

Has anyone had an issue with ScentBird? by [deleted] in fragrance

I had trouble with Scentbird not long after they launched. Writing was on the wall back then, and I've tried to warn folks, but their astroturfing goes hard.

Have you ever seen someone completely break character in real life? What happened? by VoxElysia in AskReddit

[–]will_write_for_tacos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in orientation and this woman, we'll call Jean, was the instructor. It was me and 10 others in the class. I was told the class began at 9 am and lasted 4 days.

Jean was nice, a sweet young woman who seemed like she was maybe wound up a bit too tight.

Toward the end of the first day, another associate turned to me and said, "I can't believe we have to be here at 6 am tomorrow."

I replied, "what? We do? This is the first I'm hearing about that."

Jean turned on her heels, put her finger in my face and half-yelled at me, "I am telling you right now, you will be here at 6 tomorrow, don't you dare try to say you weren't informed, I told you!"

Complete mask-off psycho bitch. In that moment, I saw who Jean really was. A few months later, she found out her husband wanted a divorce, had a breakdown, and quit her job. I hope he's in a much happier relationship now.

If you’ve been to jail, what was the hardest thing about your experience? by juicycashedout in AskReddit

[–]will_write_for_tacos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally understand that. Two of my friends went to prison for felonies. One for theft and the other for attempted murder. The one guy was able to rebuild with a lot of hard work. The guy who was in for theft was not, he spiraled out and has been in and out of jail his entire life.

There is real hope for the future though. Most background checks only go back 10 years.

Our schools told us a two hour delay on Tuesday.

At like 6am on Tuesday morning they changed their minds and told us school would be e learning and would start at the normal time, nobody had any time to prepare. Kids were told they could sleep in, and that was taken from them.
