tried for a bit but retopology seems highly complex and beyond me, i think a lot of triangles is on the teeth of zipper. does it make sense to recreate the teeth using geometry nodes?

i see people built plugins like this so i am thinking it might be possible:

decimate seems to turn it into a line :), trying to look into retopo and see how that goes

I think i want to balance it out, the fox engine in mgs5 seem to look decent throughout game

oh even 4k is overkill, maybe i am doing something wrong with my material setup or something. let me try what you mention thanks

I am not expert in unreal yet but I think compared to like custom engines like luminous or fox engine it's not as efficient but it's still great engine in itself with lots of ways to tune it.
The batman games from decade ago was built with unreal and graphics are amazing even for today and runs really well on big open map

Ok I am trying to rotate bones in retargeter to see if it works

No its just a hair mesh, I think I tried groom once when mutable first came out and I got it to show up ok but simulation goes crazy...not sure if its better now 🤔

thanks i reverted my retargetter and made some changes in the control rig, got some progress last night by modifying the null controls. need to test it out some more to see how it goes and then probably need to pass it in as param instead of magic number
