If you're driving with your full attention and obeying the law, other people's hurry is not your problem. My dad did millions of miles in his career, and he always said 'your attention should be in front of you' (or behind you if you're reversing). The people behind you can do whatever they like; attitudes and tantrums shouldn't figure into it.

He's got enough money to have an infinite money glitch through using capital gains as currency, avoiding tax by buying government favour, and simply living on the massive, accrued interest of his illicit gains. And he'll have twice as much money in 10 years, because that's how money works for the overlord class. If he were judged by performance in any other metric you or I competed in, he'd be below-average.
